Work Days
The camps are blessed to have many individuals who devote their time to provide the needed upkeep and repairs at both of the camp facilities. If you are interested in donating your talents at one of our facilities, please contact the caretaker for the camp where you are interested in helping.
2025 Work Day – Camp Summers & Manget
The Annual Camp Workday will be held at Camp Summers & Manget on May 10, 2025 beginning at 8:30 AM. This date may be different from dates you may have seen, the change is due to a conflict with available Camp dates.
This annual cleanup is our big kickoff to the Camp Season.
Several projects include but are not limited to interior cleanup of the building interiors, pressure washing the exterior of the buildings, repair of the softball backstop, mulch in the Dining Hall flower bed, cleanup of the Front Entrance.
As always refreshments will be available during the cleanup, and lunch will be served at noon.
Please bring cleaning materials for the interiors and bathrooms. Pressure washers and water hoses, if you have, and the Camp will provide bleach. Hammers and small pry bars may also be needed.
