The History of Camp Three Forks Trail
In 1977, Mr. Riley Talley on behalf of his father Ed Talley’s wishes completed the transfer of 82 acres of land to the Eastern Conference of the Southern Methodist Church for the purpose of creating the camp ministry. The Talley family realized the importance of youth ministries and while the camp has grown much since its establishment, it continues to touch the lives of both youth and adults every year.

Camp Three Forks Trail is available for use throughout the year. With ten buildings and a total capacity of approximately 65, Camp TFT is perfect for organizations seeking a rustic, mountain facility to plan their retreats, family reunions or other activities. Camp TFT is away from the busyness of the world and offers an opportunity to enjoy God’s beautiful creation in the mountains of northern Georgia.
The buildings include seven cabins as well as a duplex cabin, a bathhouse, a dining hall complex with kitchen, recreational fields, Faith Life Center, and endless nearby hiking trails.
