Arrival/Departure: Arrival is 3:00pm on Saturday.  Registration will not begin until 3:00pm. Departure will be at 10:00am on Friday.

What to Bring: Bible, sleeping bag, towels, ball glove, one-piece swimsuit, recreational clothing, light weight jacket, flashlight, rain poncho, extra pair of lace-up shoes (to wear on the river), insect repellent, eye glass safety strap for river trip, , personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush/toothpaste, hairbrush, etc).

Please Remember: This is the mountains so it will get cool as the sun goes down and gets colder before the sun comes up. Please bring some warm clothing. Also, the dew is heavy this time of the year, so plan on bringing an extra pair of tennis shoes and several extra pairs of socks.

ATTENTION: PARENTS, PASTORS, & YOUTH WORKERS
• Campers are expected to stay the entire camping period except for sickness or emergency.
• Please mark all luggage and clothing with camper’s name.
• Campers are not permitted use of the phone.
• Parents are asked not to visit or call except in cases of emergency.
• Campers who drive must turn in their keys for the duration of the camp event.
• Note: It is our expressed desire that our camps glorify God in every way. Therefore, we request that all clothing be modest and everything brought to camp be appropriate for a God-honoring atmosphere. Shorts are to be modest in length; shirts should not reveal cleavage. Sleeveless shirts must have a 2 inch strap on the shoulder. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Do Not Bring: FOOD (including energy drinks), short-shorts, tank tops, silly string, Tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, Vaseline, iPods/CD/MP3 players, cell phones, electronics (other than cameras), nonChristian reading materials, dress clothes.

GENERAL RULES FOR CAMP
• If your child fails to respect his or her counselor, director or staff member, he or she WILL be sent home.
• If your child brings items to camp that he or she should not have, they will be confiscated for the week. The camp director or an appointed camp worker has the right to search any belongings brought to camp if they suspect contraband
items.
• If your child’s dress is inappropriate for our camp, he or she will be asked to change. No exposed midriffs , no tank-tops,
no plunging necklines, no short-shorts, no inappropriate writing on clothing, etc.
• If your child is caught leaving his or her cabin after lights out without permission, he or she WILL be sent home. Under
NO circumstances are boys and girls to be in each other’s cabins.
• Participants are not permitted to operate machinery on campus; campers who drive will be asked to turn in keys. No one
is allowed to leave campus without Director’s permission.
• All incidents (such as accidents or unacceptable behavior) are to be reported to the Director as soon as possible.
• No physical contact allowed between boys and girls. No foul or suggestive language will be permitted. No inappropriate
gestures. Failure to obey these rules will result in punishment or expulsion.
